There are several Transcripts in the series with references to DNA and genetic redesign or restructuring. This is a difficult aspect of the Letters for me to comment on. It is often very contentious ground when we are discussing our Earth-based genetic programmes. Discussing alien genetic programmes with any authority is quite beyond my scope. However some thoughts garnered from my years of interaction with this aspect of the phenomenon, may be useful in your considerations.

New Genes – New DNA – We Redesign

It may be helpful to consider these statements as more of a declaration of ability in the area of advanced Genetics (the same area in which our human geneticists are currently trying to establish a foothold) than of alien geneticists bent on the manipulation of the human race. There may be and probably is more to this, in terms of the purported extraterrestrial ‘seeding’ of humanity and occasional genetic upgrades allegedly carried out to advance the intellectual ability of our species.

The implication of this text, however, in my opinion, is one of access to knowledge which would advance our own understanding and potential mastery of the subject in a safe and responsible manner. No matter how controversial, genetic experimentation seems destined to continue. With particular reference to the food industry – insight and guidance on the rights and wrongs of the GMO programme would be something to welcome, I believe.
